One of many blogs to try and expose TV licensing for what it really is - a con. How consumers are being bullied in to paying when they may not need and in my case, not refunding where appropriate.

It's been 4 days now since my last message back to them and nobody at TV Licensing is yet to reply to me so here goes another message.
